A few minutes for your health
Understand your risk. Take the next step.
Explore whether to discuss testing for undiagnosed type 2 diabetes. The underlying score was developed in U.S. adults aged 20 and older without known diabetes. It is for people without symptoms; pregnancy, prediabetes, and a history of gestational diabetes need individual clinical follow-up. Results include guidance and a numeric score. When the screening criteria are not met, the number is labeled as a reference total and is not interpreted as personal risk. A score cannot diagnose or rule out diabetes; a clinician can arrange blood testing.
